Intelligent detection of accumulation in the probe

While GWR technology offers many advantages, the probe can suffer from particulate buildup caused by viscous or sticky fluids present in the process. However, the Eclipse 706 radar has an advanced self-diagnostic feature that detects and monitors this buildup, allowing the user to schedule cleaning and maintenance before problems occur. This ensures greater equipment reliability and availability.

Continuous and accurate monitoring

When the buildup detection feature is enabled, the system scans the waveform every five minutes, monitoring up to five different points on the probe. During the scan, the system compares current data with previous records to identify significant changes. This makes detection accurate and dynamic, avoiding unexpected surprises.

Data output for proactive maintenance

Additionally, the radar provides a percentage output relative to the defined accumulation threshold. This information can be integrated as a HART dynamic variable (SV, TV, or QV), enabling the implementation of proactive maintenance strategies. This allows you to act before accumulation compromises operations.
