Reinforcing its commitment to reliability in the instrumentation sector, Alutal was present for the first time at the Brazilian Congress of Maintenance and Asset Management (CBMGA), which reached its 40th edition in 2025. Held by Abraman (Brazilian Association of Maintenance and Asset Management), in Rio de Janeiro, from September 30 to October 2, the event brought together hundreds of professionals and companies from the sector.
The conference, considered the most important in Latin America, was a platform for exchanging experiences. In addition to sharing knowledge, Alutal presented its solutions at EXPOMAN, a trade fair held concurrently with the event. At the booth, visitors got a first-hand look at the PW Sensors and Metrix Vibration lines, which stand out for transforming raw data into intelligence for maintenance.
How was Alutal's participation in Abraman?
In the lecture led by electrical engineer Edgard Stupka, technology director at PW Sensors, LoRa communication technology was presented, applied to vibration and temperature monitoring sensors over long distances, with battery life of 3 to 5 years.
According to him, in addition to the technological demonstration, the event was a meeting point for exchanging ideas, connecting with those interested in innovation, and gathering feedback. "Every conversation and every visit to the booth reinforced that we're on the right track in the search for practical and intelligent solutions for day-to-day industrial maintenance," he emphasized.
With the theme “Online monitoring system with LoRa wireless sensors for continuous vibration and temperature collection,” the presentation demonstrated how cutting-edge solutions can transform the way industries monitor their assets.
On the same occasion, Gustavo Kupper, vibration line manager, presented the line of the North American company Metrix Vibration, recognized worldwide for its vibration monitoring solutions and represented exclusively by Alutal in Brazil.
In his conference summary, Kupper emphasized the company's pioneering spirit. "Alutal is at the forefront, alongside major manufacturers, here at the 40th Brazilian Congress on Maintenance and Asset Management. This demonstrates that our solutions, already well-established in various industries, have the real capacity to solve problems and bring significant improvements to maintenance for large companies," he stated.
“The event also reinforced Alutal's role as an industry partner in the areas of reliability and instrumentation, in addition to revisiting customers and strengthening partnerships,” he added.
