The first Inova event of 2026, held on April 10th, marked the start of the year with a straightforward approach: performance analysis, progress on strategic projects, and internal improvements to sustain Alutal's growth.
Performance in the 1st quarter
The opening of the meeting was dedicated to achieving the goals of the first quarter. This session provided a clear overview of the results achieved so far, allowing for the alignment of expectations and reinforcing the commitment to execution throughout the year.
More than celebrating numbers, the discussion was geared towards identifying opportunities for improvement and accelerating the pace where necessary.

Ongoing projects and opportunities
Inova also highlighted strategic projects that are ongoing and have a direct impact on Alutal's market positioning:
PW Sensors on the market
PW Sensors, Alutal's own brand of sensors, reached a milestone this quarter. The technology has moved out of the development phase and is ready for the market.

Alutal Roadshow: 7 states in 4 months
The Roadshow maintained a strong pace in the first quarter. Since January, the traveling structure has toured RS, SC, PR, SP, and MG. In April, it moves on to RJ and ES, totaling seven states in the first four months of the year.
The initiative brings technical demonstrations and technology directly to the customer's plant, shortening the distance between the manufacturer and industrial operations.
Infrastructure investments
Two areas of improvement have been confirmed for the next quarter. Highlighting improvements, the headquarters laboratory will receive new furniture, and the assembly room and administrative area of production will undergo a layout redesign.
The Minas Gerais branch also gained prominence. Large projects are being developed at the facility, reinforcing the group's decentralized operation.
Direction for the 2nd quarter
Inova Day is the moment when Alutal puts the numbers on the table, reviews execution, and adjusts priorities. The first quarter delivered territorial expansion with the Roadshow, validation of proprietary technology with PW Sensors, and investment in physical infrastructure.
The year started with movement — and the expectation is for acceleration.
